On the 3rd day of the series of events organized for the occasion of World Wetlands Day and to promote Save Wetlands Campaign, FRI EIACP Resource Partner on Forestry and Forest Related Livelihoods, organized an essay writing competition on the topic “Importance of Wetlands” with the students of Ambawati Doon Valley Inter College, Panditwari, Dehradun. The participants expressed their views on the importance and urgent need to protect the wetlands.
