India’s Intended Nationally Determined Contribution (INDC)

New Delhi, India: On Gandhi Jayanti, India has submitted it’s Intended Nationally Determined Contribution (INDC). The approach of India’s INDC has been anchored in the vision of equity inspired by the Father of our Nation Mahatma Gandhi's famous exhortation; “Earth has enough resources to meet people’s needs, but will never have enough to satisfy people's greed” and formulated under the leadership and guidance of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi who has called for ‘convenient action’ in order to deal with the ‘inconvenient truth’ of climate change.
